About the Webinar: Although jury trials and bench trials in Texas are virtually non-existent today due to the COVID-19 challenges, the ADR world continues to remain steadfast with mediations, and some arbitrations, proceeding under the new normal of videoconferencing. This webinar will address how to implement a successful protocol for a Zoom mediation or arbitration and some tips they’ve found to be Best Practices for a virtual mediation or arbitration.
